How to Change Your Password in PPM

STEP 1:

* Login to your PPM Account

STEP 2:

* Click Lost Your Password? Link





STEP 3:

* Enter your Username

* Click Send to My Mobile Number Button





STEP 4:

* You will Receive a Verification Code via Text Message from PPM-ONLINE





STEP 5:

* Enter the Verification Code

* Click Verify Code Button





STEP 6:

* Enter Your Username.

* Enter Your New Password.

* Enter Your New Password (confirmation).

* Click Reset My Password Button.







Congratulations! You have Successfully Changed Your Password.

How to Retrieve Old Account

If you have an Old Account Before the PPM 2017 Update...
Here is the Guide on How to get it back or How to Re-Activate  your Account...

Step 1:

* Go to: https://planpromatrix.com/

Click Here to go to PPM Official Site


* Click Support Link




Step 2:

You will be ReDirected in the Contact Support..
and Click Go to Support Button...




Step 3:

* Click Login with Facebook Button.




STEP 4:

* Click Continue... Button.




STEP 5:

* Fill Up the Form.

* What type of Issue: I have an Issue on my Account.

* Name: (write your Full Name)

* Usename: (write your Username)

* Mobile Number: (sample: 09271234567)

* Issue: PPM Account Reactivation 2017

* Upload Attachmenets:

1.) Picture w/ Valid ID

2.) Selfie Holding the Valid ID

3.) Picture of 3 Signatures in White Paper.

* Click Submit Query Button.

STEP 1: Send Payment directly to the Company (PlanProMatrix).

* Send Payment to any of the Available Mode of Payments (MOP).

(Pumili lang po kayo jan kung saan ninyo gusto ipapadala ang inyong payment
para sa Activation Code or Dealer Funds).






STEP 2: Take a Clear Photo of Your Receipt..

* Take a Clear Photo of your Receipt.
(Picturan ninyo ang inyong Resibo)

* Login to your PPM Account HERE.

(Make sure na tama lahat ng information..
or else it will automatically marked as Denied)

* Find and Select your Receipt

* Click Verify Payment Button.

* Wait 24 - 48 hours for Verification Process.




(Check your Payment Status)

* Click E-Wallet.

* Click My Payment

1.) Name must contain only Letters (Don't put period on middle name)

2.) Amount must contain only Numbers (Don't put comma)

3.) Referrence Number must contain only Numbers and Letters (Don't put "-" or "_")

4.) 413 Request Entity too Large (Just Crop the Picture or use low Quality camera settings)
